Morality Without Consciousness - Can We Teach AI Morality?

AI is considered a key technology for solving many challenges of our modern society. As smart assistants in finance, mobility, or medical diagnostics, we encounter algorithms that find patterns in large amounts of data more and more frequently.

But can we program ethical principles and imagine the algorithm as a mirror of society? Does an AI have biases? To what extent is this regulated by law in Germany or Europe, and how do we see this as a young IT company?

Tobias Jonas and Fabian Artmann discuss these topics in our third episode of the innovation:now podcast.
