Cotema

The digital appointment scheduling tool Cotema is already live in 4 districts and successfully supports the coordination of appointments at local Corona vaccination centers. Nevertheless, new challenges arise daily in a global pandemic, and with them new Cotema features that are continuously developed by our developers. In addition to core functions such as registration and appointment scheduling, these include additional features such as vaccine quota management.

Additionally, two Corona vaccines can now be used in Germany and other EU states. The EU Commission also approved the Moderna vaccine, which is expected to be available in Germany by the end of March. This is also taken into account in Cotema. During the second appointment scheduling, it is recorded in Cotema which vaccine was administered at the first appointment. This allows for better organization of quota planning. To make Cotema even more user-friendly, the entire usability has been redesigned.

Since July 2021, we have had approval for both the digital test certificate and the vaccination certificate of the European Union for Cotema.
