How long have you been working at innFactory and how did you become aware of innFactory?

I have been working at innFactory since August 2018 and became aware of innFactory through an information event at Stellwerk18 at the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences.

Why did you choose innFactory as your employer during your studies?

I always wanted to work at a young company and supplement my theoretical knowledge from studies with the practical problems of the real world. innFactory is ideal for this with its many different projects to build a broad spectrum of competence.

Which project, event, or occasion was the absolute highlight in your now 2 years at innFactory?

Every project is an absolute highlight because new experiences and knowledge are always gained.

Particularly nice events were both the barbecue with the whole team as well as the various team events like the escape room, water skiing, or the various game nights.

Since spring 2021, you’ve been working full-time at innFactory right after your bachelor’s degree. What was the decisive reason for you to work full-time at innFactory? What distinguishes innFactory as an employer?

innFactory supports developers in exploring new technologies and expanding their knowledge through further training. In addition, the very pleasant working atmosphere and the well-coordinated team are the main reasons why I started there after my studies.

What is your favorite programming language?

Typescript is my favorite programming language and my favorite framework for web development is Svelte.js.
