How long have you been working at innFactory and how did you become aware of innFactory?

I’ve been at innFactory for two weeks, so since the beginning of October. I did my technical high school diploma together with Tobi and then got to know Toni and Maxi during my studies. So I’ve known innFactory since its founding. When the opportunity arose to be part of it, I of course said yes.

What distinguishes innFactory as an employer for you? Which three employee benefits do you particularly appreciate at innFactory?

I think innFactory has made an impressive development in recent years and you can tell that the culture is very important to the three founders. It’s exactly this culture that distinguishes innFactory and you can feel it.

What do you expect from innFactory?

I wouldn’t directly say I expect something, but I’m definitely looking forward to the exciting projects and challenges. Especially the varied projects at innFactory ensure that you never get bored.

You bring a lot of AWS experience. What can you contribute?

The first project I’m currently working on is being implemented in the AWS cloud, which gives me a small home advantage for the start since I’ve also implemented all previous projects in the AWS cloud. This allowed me to work intensively with many AWS cloud services and I can certainly provide some input in that area. However, I’m also really looking forward to getting to know Google Cloud better.
