The pandemic is not over despite the Covid-19 vaccination offer, and since the end of August, a 3-G (Tested, Vaccinated, Recovered) requirement has been in effect in some areas of public life. Companies have also had to comply with this requirement since November in Germany. Workplace testing has thus become significantly more important.

With our web-based software Corsign CovCheck, we offer you a tool for 3-G status documentation in your company. What’s special about CovCheck is that employees can check in themselves with their personal EU QR code (Digital Green Certificate). Through our process, no valuable time is lost in day-to-day operations. This works via smartphone and also on the desktop. Employees and customers who have not provided proof of 3-G status can perform a rapid test under supervision with Corsign and automatically receive proof of the test. This proof is of course immediately documented and saved. This allows you to document all your employees quickly and easily. It is never stored whether the person is vaccinated / recovered / tested, but only whether the person has provided a current 3-G proof, in compliance with GDPR.

Process for Workplace Testing and 3-G Documentation:

If the employee does not have a valid Green EU certificate, the employee performs a rapid test under supervision at the start of work.
The software creates a digital PDF certificate and sends it encrypted to the tested employee. A signed QR code makes forgery impossible. If you test medically, the certificate can also be used in everyday life in some federal states. This gives the employee their personal proof for the next 24 hours.
The employee is required to carry the created certificate as proof until the next certificate is created.
Via CovCheck, all workplace tests are automatically documented and stored for 14 days, and all employees also receive the option to prove their vaccination, test, and recovery status via the official EU QR code through a web app and have it documented accordingly.
As shown in the documentation screenshot, additional master data can be attached to the person. This data is completely individual. Some customers use this information for the email address, others to pass information to the access control system.
