What is Amazon WorkMail?
Amazon WorkMail is an AWS-managed email and calendar service compatible with Microsoft Outlook and other standard email clients.
Important notice (as of July 2026): AWS has announced the retirement of Amazon WorkMail. Since April 30, 2026, no new customers or organizations can be created. Regular support ends on March 31, 2027; after that date, the console, mailboxes, and stored data will no longer be reachable. Existing customers should plan a migration strategy early.
